VENTIS 206A is a bi-amplified point source crafted with a birch plywood cabinet scratch resistant enclosure and internal bracing. Rotable horns for optimal horizontal or vertical sound dispersion angle. The 70° H x 50° V coverage of this 2 woofers 6.5″ LF / 1″ HF point source delivers in the listening area up to 124/131 dB SPL. Frequency response from 70Hz to 20kHz. B&C compression drivers and FBT’s own custom, long excursion woofers. Power for the active Ventis models: switching mode amplifier module LF/HF of 700W/200W RMS in Class-D topology and in Class-H/AB designed in Italy. Flexible mounting hardware and different accessories for ease of installation. Equipped with 1.38″ pole mount socket. 45° sloped profile for unobtrusive placement on-stage as a monitor.

The rear handle makes the VENTIS 206 easy to carry and ensures safe handling during installation. For even greater flexibility, an optional mounting bracket is available, allowing versatile placement in fixed setups. VENTIS 206A can be used in a variety of applications: as a front-fill or under-balcony fill, as a main speaker offering exceptional speech intelligibility, or as a full-range companion when paired with a subwoofer, delivering powerful and well-balanced sound across the spectrum.

The integrated DSP is designed for easy, intuitive control via a single rotary knob with push-to-select functionality, giving users fast access to all core settings. There are 6 preloaded presets available, each tailored for specific applications: Original/Live, Warm, Loudness, Touring, Vocal, and DJ. For advanced customization, two additional user slots allow the creation and storage of custom configurations, each using up to five parametric equalizers. The DSP also includes a full set of adjustment tools, such as a high-pass filter, mic/line selector, independent controls for low, mid, and high frequencies, and a delay adjustable between 0 and 3.5 meters for precise time alignment. Finally, users can select between two limiter modes: MAX SPL, optimized for maximum sound pressure, or MAX QUALITY, which prioritizes the best possible audio fidelity and clarity.
