VERTUS MLA 608A is a 2-way active column line array module designed to reproduce the mid-low and low frequency range in modular steerable array configurations. It features six 8″ custom woofers with 2″ voice coils, each powered by a dedicated 400W Class D amplifier (total power: 2400W RMS), housed in a rigid extruded aluminum cabinet with integrated DSP.
Designed to be combined with the MLA 801A HF module, the MLA 608A handles the 65 Hz – 1.8 kHz range with high clarity and controlled directivity. Digital and mechanical beam steering and array optimization are managed via PC software over RS-485 network. The MLA 608A can operate standalone or in stacked configurations, thanks to robust mechanical link points. It is ideal for venues requiring precision and high SPL without sacrificing aesthetics—such as houses of worship, auditoriums, and live events in reverberant spaces.
