Kooi Stadion (Netherlands)

The Kooi Stadion, the newly built home of SC Cambuur in Leeuwarden, is a 15.000 capacity football venue developed in line with current stadium infrastructure standards. The design supports the “Avondje Cambuur” matchday concept, with a clear focus on spectator engagement, speech intelligibility, and hospitality services that reflect the club’s identity.
The stadium’s audio system was delivered through a collaboration between FBT, our local distributor AudioBizz, and the system integrator PTH Groep. The design and installation were aimed at achieving high SPL performance and even coverage across the seating areas, while meeting KNVB and UEFA requirements and integrating with the venue’s voice alarm and emergency evacuation systems.
Due to the complex acoustics of the stadium bowl and the required coverage performance, the SHADOW 142L system was selected as the main loudspeaker solution. It was specified to provide controlled directivity, high output, and consistent frequency response throughout the stands, and installed in the following configuration:

  • 64 x SHADOW 142L
  • 12 x TALOS 20K4 TD

Muse system at the Teatro Arcimboldi Milano

For the recent sold-out performance of “Legend the Show in Orchestra” before an audience of 2,400 at Milan’s prestigious Teatro Arcimboldi, our sound reinforcement solutions delivered flawless, venue-wide coverage.

Given the wide dynamic range of an orchestral production, the system architecture was engineered for maximum linearity and phase coherence:

  • 24 x Muse 210 LN/LND
  • 12 x Horizon 118 SA subwoofers
  • 8 x Horizon 406A
  • 4 x Vertus CLA 406

The deployment successfully achieved highly uniform SPL and tonal balance across both the stalls and balconies.
Notably, the guest FOH engineer, evaluating this specific system configuration for the first time, was pleasantly impressed by its overall performance.

The modern multifunctional Sports Center of the University of Žilina hall will provide professional conditions for a variety of sports, including volleyball, basketball, floorball, futsal, handball, as well as modern martial arts, dance competitions, and acrobatics. The facility will also occasionally host cultural events such as exhibitions and concerts of various genres.

In line with these requirements and considering the venue’s capacity of 1,500 spectators, the complete sound system installed at the new University Sports Center Hall in Žilina, Slovakia, includes the following components:

A high-performance pendant audio system has been installed in the renovated showroom of MD-Bavaria Žilina, s.r.o., in Žilina, Slovakia.
The solution was designed for a 532 m² showroom with a ceiling height of 4.8 meters. The Libra pendant speakers and subwoofers were suspended at 3.3 meters, allowing for optimal sound dispersion and seamless integration with the interior design.

Installed system:

  • 14 × LIBRA 5CT B pendant loudspeakers
  • 2 × LIBRA 8S B pendant subwoofers in birch plywood cabinets
  • 1 × MDA4800 power amplifier
  • 1 × MDA4500 power amplifier

    The system delivers even sound distribution with excellent clarity and low-frequency support, tailored to meet the acoustic and aesthetic requirements of a modern automotive showroom.
