Capable of delivering 131.5 dB SPL, the Q115 is a 2-way speaker system incorporating a 15” neodymium magnet woofer with a 3” voice coil, and a 3” Titanium HF diaphram Driver coupled to a 60°Hx40°V Rotatable horn with a 2” horn exit. Thanks to the rotatable horn it is possible to create horizontal speaker arrays with Two Q 115 cabinets achieving 80° coverage or with Three Q 115 cabinets 120° coverage, thereby also increasing the total SPL when arraying multiple cabinets. With a generous frequency response from 45Hz to 18 kHz, the Q115 provides unparalleled sound clarity and very ample bass response making it an excellent choice for many applications: portable concert sound reinforcement or permanent installations in discos, theatres, auditoriums, gymnasiums, Houses of Worship and applications where high SPL is desired. Equipped with a 1⅜” (35mm) speaker stand socket and six M -10 fly points, the Q115 cabinets are constructed with 18 mm. (3/4”) Baltic birch plywood that is also internally braced to prevent undesired resonance and is finished with durable scratch and scuff resistant black paint.
