We inform you that our Company is in possession of data and can collect again, acquired / to be acquired also orally, directly or through third parties, qualified as "personal information" by the italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (so-called "Privacy Code").
The legislation in question provides, first, that those who carry out processing of personal data must inform the data subject about which data are handled and some concerning the processing, which in any case must be treated fairly lawfulness and transparency, protecting confidentiality.
Therefore, as provided by art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, we provide the following information:
Type of data treated
Our intention is to treat personal and fiscal data, as well as the economic data that are necessary for the performance of contractual relationships.
We do not intend to acquire any data classified as sensitive or judicial nature, pursuant to art. 4, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.
Aims of treatment
The collection and processing of personal data are made solely for purposes of research and personnel selection.
The data is / will be treated in accordance with contractual requirements and to fulfill the legal and fiscal obligations, and to enable effective management of financial and commercial relations.
The data will be processed for the entire duration of the contract and thereafter for the performance of legal obligations and for administrative and commercial purposes.
Processing methods
The processing of data is / will be done through the use of tools and procedures to ensure the security and confidentiality and can be done either by paper, either through electronic means.
Obligation or right to give the details and consequences of refusal
As regards the data we are obliged to know in order to fulfill the obligations required by laws, regulations and legislation, or provisions issued by authority to do so by law and by the vigilance and control, failure data will make it impossible to establish or continue business relations, to the extent that such data are required for the same.
As regards the data we are not obliged to know, their lack of achievement will be evaluated by us from time to time, and the resulting decisions regarding the importance for us of the details and not given.
Communication and dissemination
The data are not “communicated” by us, that term meaning to give knowledge to undetermined people by any means, including by making available for consultation.
The data may instead be "communicated" with the term meaning to give knowledge to one or more subjects, as follows:
- or persons responsible within our company to process data, and particularly to the employees in the administrative office, the sales office;
- or who can access the data under provision of law, regulation or legislation, within the limits set by these rules;
- or individuals who need to access data for purposes ancillary to the relationship, the extent strictly necessary to accomplish the tasks assigned to them (eg the banks and freight forwarders);
- or our consultants, to the extent necessary to carry out their tasks in our Company, subject to our letter of assignment that imposes a duty of confidentiality and security in data processing.
The rights of the data subject
Below is the extract from article. 7 D. Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, to remind you that you have to us the following rights:
- obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning you, even if not yet recorded, and communication in intelligible form of the data and their origin, as well, the purposes and methods of treatment and the logic applied in case of processing by electronic means;
- obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or block of data which need not to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected and processed;
- obtain the updating, rectification and integration of your data;
- object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of your personal data, pertinent for collection purposes.
- To exercise these rights you can ask the responsible persons appointed by us pursuant to art. 13 D. Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, the persons in charge of processing are Sigg. Tanoni Vinicio and Baldoni Bruno, found at the site of our Company.
